1. scope of processing of personal data
Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data which are necessary for the provision of a functional Internet page as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users only takes place for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). We only collect personal data that is actually required for the execution and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily made available to us.

3 Description and scope of data processing

1. provision of the websiteWith each visit to our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. This data includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser query including the origin of the query (referrer). Log data including IP addresses are stored for a period of 6 months. The data is used internally for forensic investigations during hacking attacks or for other security-relevant analyses. The lawfulness of this processing therefore results from Art. 6 DSGVO. We do not carry out our own web analyses on our website and do not use any web analysis tools (such as Google Analytics). Thus, no evaluation of the aforementioned visitor and usage data takes place.

Cookies retain their validity for 5 minutes and are then deleted by the browser. Visitors to the website can also delete cookies manually in the browser at any time.

The use of data for the purpose of making videos available for illustration purposes constitutes a legitimate interest of the operator within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DS-GVO.

If you fill out a contact form or send us an e-mail or any other electronic message, your data will only be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry, possible further related questions and will only be used within the scope of the inquiry.
